Our Mission
The Right ADDIE-tude website was designed for novice Instructional Designers - those teachers, trainers, subject matter experts, or managers who find themselves in the position of needing to create their own eLearning training courses. For many who use this site, it may be your first exposure to the acronym ADDIE, and to the Instructional Design Process. That's totally okay! Our goal is to provide you with basic and intermediate information about ADDIE and its application so that you too can become an eLearning author!
Jared Marshall
Founder
Jared has almost two decades of experience in the field of adult learning and has been working in the Instructional Design field since 2008. As part of T-Mobile's customer care Learning & Development team, he was an integral part of their Un-carrier strategy which turned traditional call-center thinking on its head. Just like you, Jared learned instructional design as a necessity. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Instructional Design from the University of Arizona Global Campus in November of 2021.
